The only reason any of your boards fail is because you lack two things:

1. Energy to Properly Promote
2. Money

If you don't have either one you will not success.

Why you need money to become successful with a forum?

Because unless you have frequent competitions, giveaways and other such things, people won't be much active.

Obviously that community isn't very loyal then. I've never ran a competition for real cash and my forum has been around for a year getting around 100 posts a day (yes I know hardly anything compared to big forums.) So I reckon you can do it without cash. You just need a set goal and not be in it for the money! You can tell when all a owner wants is money out of a forum. Just enjoy it! 😛

There are exceptions for everything ZINC. Maybe you are a Great admin and know how to run a successful Forum without investing money.
But most of the people, including me aren't so good in it. Most of us need to invest money in it to make it run.

And i never wanted money out of my Forum. Whatever i earn, i invest back to my Forum (even the money i earn through theme designing).
