Follow a Charity Challenge on FB or Twitter page

I am looking at gaining as many followers, likes and supporters as possible for my 13 in Thirteen Challenge. In 2013 I am running 13 10km races in the aid of the NSPCC which is a charity that helps prevent children abuse etc in the UK.

I am not asking you to part with cash, all you have to do is either like my Facebook page or the Twitter page and if you like doing something for a good cause share it with your followers or Re-tweet it.

In return I will say a massive thank you and you will get the satisfaction that you are helping get the word out for a good cause
