Right away, I notice that you've worked a little more color into your template. The red looks really great, and your template is starting to look less monotone. I think that it might be worth it to add even more of the red to the template, though. I think that the rest of the cell pics (the ones that are currently dark gray) and the buttons at the top ("Home," "Help," et cetera) may look better in the dark red color. However, even the red that you have right now helped a lot; your template looks much better already.
Your activity also appears to be improving. It seems that you have been getting more posts each day since I completed your first review. It's good to see that your activity is continuing to increase.
You have
greatly improved your descriptions. They're definitely a lot more interesting to read now, and the ubiquitous grammatical errors have disappeared. There are still a few errors I see, though, so here goes. The first sentence of the description of "Announcements" is a sentence fragment; you may want to add "can be found here" to the end of it. The description of "News" should probably read, "Real world news like the latest in cybernetic advancement can be found here." In the description of the "Feedback" forum, lose the comma; it's unnecessary. In the description of the "Flash" forum, the first exclamation point should be a question mark (you may also want to add "Have you" to the beginning of it). In the "Sounds" description, capitalize "Slipknot" and "Lady Gaga." The description of "Vices" should probably read, "Anything considered immoral belongs here; this includes weapons, explosives, drugs, and crimes. Requires 25 posts to access." In the "Programs" description, capitalize "Linux" and "Windows." The description of "Methods" should probably read, "Learn how to do things with technology such as changing your background or setting up an FTP network connection."
I'm also quite upset that the cake is a lie.
