You changed your opinion on him quick... one moment you were saying well done for getting rid of him from here and then the next moment he was back on Forum Adverts and you 2 are best of buddies and now you are standing up for him as you obviously see something in him that no one else has that has ever come into contact with him. You might be keeping him because he posts alot and is active but is it worth keeping someone on the staff like him just so you can get a few more posts on your forum?sbfc93 said:

In the end of the day if members don't like him and don't visit you are the one losing out. Personally he is the no.1 reason why i visit hardly as much as i used to. That and the fact that everytime i do try to visit i get loads of too many connections errors. Judging by this topic many other people feel the same about him.
If a staff member has bad reputation and causes trouble all the time then it reflect badly on the forum which you should know first hand.

well, he hasn't done anything to get sacked.
He was staff at my old forum and did a good job, so was hired at the new forum. I did PM you saying 'if he causes you any trouble please PM me' and he is doing work, unlike the first time i sacked him.
