Why not? Look at Plenty of Fish. The site exploded and is based on US users.

No offense, but I think it would highly help us, and also highly help you if you gave us some idea more so of what you're looking for or what the sites about, rather than us trying to read your mind. It's hard for us to give you names relative if you can't provide the information.
