I'm looking to sell a site I've had for several years now, Forum-N.com, it's gone by the name Forum Nintendo.

Bit of background
I used to run a relatively large Nintendo forum (through IPB) on this domain for the past 5 years. Getting done with college here in the spring and haven't had much time to keep up with it, so the traffic has died off a substantial amount from what it used to be - but that's not to say it couldn't make a good comeback under new management.
If you've ever looked into "smaller" Nintendo sites (other than Nsider2, or what used to be the official Nsider Forums) you probably saw our link on a google search. The domain's been on the front page of google for the search term "nintendo forum" for almost it's entire existence, second only to the official Nintendo site. -- Since we put the domain up on Sedo last month the site hasn't showed up for that search term.
Less relevant:
- Site was reviewed twice by this site in 2009 - Link1 Link 2
- When Nsider2 was bought out by CrowdGather their CEO expressed interest in purchasing our domain, only because of our google rank... needless to say it didn't end up happening because the other admins and I declined the offer (looking back on it, we should have sold, they were offering a pretty ridiculous amount Dx )

- An excellent domain for any Nintendo forum
- #3 (Second only to the 2 official Nintendo forums) on google for search term "nintendo forum"
- Domain is through 1and1.com
- Domain needs renewed in April every year
- Alexa.com info. Currently ranked ~1,100,000 on the global ranking. Also take note of the over 3,000 inbound links. (lol, and we had a spambot register sometime ago, hence some of the search terms...
)
- Statcounter data going back to late 2006 - Over 1,000,000 Unique visitors and 5,400,000 page views since that time
- Forum-N.com on Archive.org
- Just looking to sell - not looking for FP exchanges at this point. Through paypal.
- If you're interested in the database and server files those are for sale too - the forum has around 86,000 posts and several hundred members (loads more if you include spambots.)
