@Eclipse Do you find that it is easier or more difficult to get a forum going as a current staff member of FP?

I would say it's pretty neutral, at the end of the day it depends on the amount of effort that goes into planning and creating a forum, as well as the layout/design and activity that will be the deciding factor whether others join or not.

I will say that being a staff here at FP has allowed me to see more perspectives and ideas from other forum owners, some that I wouldn't have experienced, as well as interacting with other forum owners on a daily basis.

What are your goals for your forum in 2023?

Activity has been the main struggle during this holiday season. I have also been enrolled in a data analytics bootcamp program for the past 6 months that will be completed in early February. I believe activity will definitely spike up again.

I do have big things planned for The Chat Society in 2023. I have a few contests/competitions that will hopefully attract newcomers and current members to return, as well as redesigning the forums and reorganizing the sections.
