First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I saw when I visited
http://www.forumansion.com was the custom homepage. It was a nice little touch as it provided briefly of what the forum had to offer. When I visited the forum, I was sort of confused because the homepage was very different to the forums. I would suggest to make the homepage and forum look alike. The forums display is very nice looking and very customized for a forumotion forum. I really loved the look of the table headers and the "Forumansion" text everytime the mouse hovered over one of the forums.
Overall, Forumansion's theme looks nice and welcoming, but I would suggest to make the homepage blend in with the forum page.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The site layout of your forums area is very nice. The forums are under the correct category and they are layed out in a suitable manner. What I really enjoyed was reading the forum names. Some were very uniquely named and there were many never before seen sections. What I didn't like was the "Online :: xx Credits" that was put on the right side of the description. I am very used to seeing it on the left side, and even though you went to be different, I prefer it on the left side. Overall, great job with the layout.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
For a forum open for a little over a year, the stats and activity area is booming! You've managed to pull off
116,292 posts & 1,341 members. This is very impressive for a forum that has been opened for a year and 4 months. I can't say more about your activity as it is so great! Awesome Job!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
For a forum this big, I'd expect it to have more staff, but you currently have 3 Administrators, 3 Universal Team Members, 4 Interview Team Members, 2 Analysis Team Members (In which both are in other groups aswell), and 1 Package Team Member. I personally think that you should have a dedicated Analysis Team instead of having members from others groups fill in the role. You also need more Package Team members because in all promotion forums, the Package service is the most demanding and I do not think that one member is enough to handle a whole package area.
As far as the moderation goes, I couldn't find any problems with your staff. Your forum seems to be doing there job correctly and they seem to be very welcoming to the community. Overall, great job with your Staff Moderation, but I think that the groups could be a little more organized.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The spelling and grammar seem to be on point, and not everyone is perfect, so good job with that. I personally think that the Official Rules show a great amount of professionalism. Great job with the overall Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism.

Final Remarks:
What was most liked about the website/forums: I really loved the overall appearance of the forums, but to make it better, it would look better with a matching homepage.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: I strongly disliked that the staff was dis-organized. I thought that the staffs could've been dedicated to only 1 group and not more than one. I also thought that more Package Members could be helpful to the current PTM.
