Right now we are not accepting any new publishers, we are waiting for more advertisers before we start accepting publishers. It's not wasting money. You pay once you get the maximum amount of impressions that is set.

Yes its like Google Adword / Adsense, the payout depends on the advertisers (Adword/Advertisers) they choose keywords and set the price per click. They can also set a price per thousand impression if they want to pay by CPM instead of PPC.

The advertisement should appear instantly, but if theres no advertisement active there will be no advertisement. Thats why I told you we were searching for Advertisers before accepting Publishers.

We will be offering Advertisers a first deposit match, what ever you deposit on your first deposit we will match it. So if you deposit $5 we will give you an additional $5 of advertisements.
