Need free top-notch hosting? 000webhost.com offers you 350MB of space (they haven't updated their front page but it's 350MB) and plenty of bandwidth for whatever you need. http://000webhost.com You can GREAT support, FTP access, MySQL databases and everything.

Now, do you need a free domain with DNS? http://co.cc or http://uni.cc . They both offer free .co.cc or .uni.cc domain. They aren't the fancy .com domains but hey they are free!

Need examples? The 2 below are mine:
http://bioclan.co.cc
http://totally-ipod.uni.cc

I suggest always getting a domain, or at least co.cc, cause if your host/original subdomain goes down, at least you'll still have all of your backlinks.

No offense but they advertise cPanel and their website control panel is NOT cPanel. And their 404 errors turn up a page with popups and spyware and adult ads so I say this isn't a good host 😉

Ya, I have tried them out before, I dont like them that much.

Just set up an account with 000webhost to see what their cPanel is like, to be honest it's not much different to the official cPanel. I think there would be cause for concern if they promoted "we have cPanel 10 / cPanel 11", but they don't...

Their version of cPanel has pretty much all the important features the official cPanel has, as shown below:

Someone who isn't a computer nerd, no offense, joking, might not see the need in going overboard. I think free hosting would be fine in that instance. However, note, sometimes, these free operations go out of business and you might not be aware of the situation for various reasons like perhaps being on a vacation.
