I don't find it safe, hosting my files on the net is the last thing I'd do, because if someone wants them, they'll get 'em easier than they will on your PC.

Thanks for your reply Dasher, good point. When you use Mozy you have great control over what files you backup online and which ones never leave your system. Hence, you can use them to backup your content, without having to upload anything confidential.

For example, if you had a Word document with private information, you could print that out as a back up, and never back it up online, while at the same time, backing up your other files, as protection for something nasty happening to your computer.

Mozy provides an automated backup system. Backup systems that are not automated, have a bad habit failing, when you need them most.
