Not at all. I don't think conversion is free. And transferring the domain won't be free. 😛 And 4736 posts, isn't really that much. It's decent but not enough to get into XX.

You can convert from Forumotion to phpBB or MyBB for free.

You can get your domain transferred for free by contacting the owner of Forumotion.

Typically 1 post = $.10 so that would be $473 minimum, but taking into consideration the quality of some posts lets make it $.02 per post. That would be $94.72. Cut that in half for good measure and the OP is still not asking for much and your offer is a low ball offer.

The same database is being used in his/her new forum over at promotionfox so the content is NOT unique. $2 is about the only worth of it due to it being duplicate content that will get you penalized.

That is actually incorrect. Typlo left the Forumotion team and apparently no one is doing it now.
