First Impressions & Appearance
First impressions were that the forum looks pretty nice, the first random thing I noticed though was that the t in Promotions in your banner looks a bit unusual. It looks lowercase or something? The colouring of your forum looks nice but I think the grey bar near the top of the forum should merge with the line above it. It shouldn’t be too hard in the phpBB templating system. The Change font and board index buttons is the line I’m talking about merging with the grey bar
😉 The places where you have your ads looks nice, with a table around it and not just a random banner in the middle of nowhere. The forum looks pretty professional too from an appearance aspect.

Site Layout
Your board layout looks good, not evenly spread because your Administrative & Exchangements category does have a lot of boards in it. To be honest, I’m not sure why you have a category for just graphics, I think you could merge some of the Administrative and Exchanges section with the graphics section. Your graphics section isn’t one of the most active sections, so merging it till you get bigger maybe the thing to do. Fun & Humor I personally think should be the last board in the category, you don’t want to promote forum games, it’s not the most professional thing in foruming. Your Website Directory looks really nice, good to see you have sections to make people promoting easier. I know these are small issues but another suggestions is to Move your Review Centre and Posting Packages to the top of the advertising & services category, but below the Website Directory.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum has got 1051 posts, 214 topics and 43 members in 27 days, nearly a month. This is pretty good, considering your forum is pretty young. You’re averaging 39 posts per day and eight threads a day and finally 1.5 members a day too. Your staff members seem to not be posting much, this isn’t helping your activity but some of them are doing very well! Your members have 230 of your total posts; 1051, the rest staff. That is showing you either have to many staff members or not enough active members. You’ll want to try promoting posting so you don’t just have staff posting. Hold a competition if you’re wanting your members to post and make a nice community.

Staff Moderation
From what I can see some spam bots have signed up, just with their unusual usernames and website/location fields. It would be nice to see these deleted if they really are spam bots, but make sure you check before deleting them! You have a lot of moderators with a small forum so I’m sure your moderation clean up time would be quick and I can’t see any spam so this section seems ok, good job, but not sure about all the moderations.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Looking at your posts, they seem ok quality and length but you spend a lot of time in the forum games board, which isn’t very professional because after all, it is just spam. I can’t see any errors in the board descriptions too. I know this part of the review is short, but that’s because you have done a good job on this.
