First Impressions & Appearance
Your forum looks pretty nice, I’ve installed this theme before and it’s quite good looking. I think one of the things you could do to improve the look is to add the last topic on index mod, so users can see the last topic in each board. I think you should use the move the mini-profile to the left, it just seems as though the right hand site is overloaded. I think you should remove the little clock, it’s quite annoying and catches your eye everytime it turns a new number.

Site Layout
Your boards seem a little spread out in the wrong way, your Groningen category should be at the top of the page. The Create the Forum with us category could be taken away and you could just put a feedback board in the The Student Room category. I would say you should put your most active and most relevant near the top, generally the announcements board will be at the top, just something which caught on with foruming. You might want to make it more obvious what your forum is about, it seems to be about life as a student, but I’m not 100% sure on this.

Statistics and Activity
Your activity isn’t very great considering you’ve been open since March. Try creating new threads, inviting friends, try exchanges and advertise as much as you can. The more activity you make, the more people will join in with the activity, no one wants to be on an inactive forum. You’ve been getting around 40 posts a month, 22 threads a month and 9 members a month. I think you should really try to make your forum active because the subject you’ve chosen isn’t a very big subject, your members will grow out of the forum eventually, when they’re not students.

Staff Moderation
Your staff don’t seem very active, you need to try post more and get them to post more if you want to have a little bit of activity. I can’t see any spam because you don’t have much activity so it would be quick and easy to clean, but I think basically summing this up, you need to try get your staff activity up, and hopefully current and new members will follow. Send out a mass email or something and get them back, or replace them with more interested people.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your posts seem to have good grammar and professionalism, your forum seems to have a little bit of professionalism about it, once you’ve sorted out the other things in this review, your professionalism will go up (hopefully). You could make some contests which are professional with prizes of money which could help you out too.
