Frankly the first link, Advertisingfreeway.com looks awfully spammy.

I've used sites similar to easyhits4u in the past with decent success. They are great for blogs and I enjoyed doing the surfing. I stopped using them however because I make use of Adsense - their terms of use prohibit the use of traffic exchanges and other means of generating traffic. If you use adsense, I would shy away from it.
