Anyone planning to buy it?

Me, I'm not interested or just waiting on how the game goes from here. But it's not on PC. Only for those that has the PS4. If I did have PS4 I wait until the price goes down as it's so high right now in stores for god of war

It's a good game. But to keep up with the story, you'd need to play the first 3 games. Most of the story talks about Kratos' Greek roots. And the whole point of God of War is one word, and one word only: Epic. The game is epic if you follow the whole numbered series.

I already bought it, and beat the story mode. I am now trying to finish all the missions, to get the complete story.

Well, the original 3 games are on PlayStation Now. You can use PlayStation Now on just about any device. Gaikai was acquired for exactly this reason. So, sony could make a cloud service for people like yourself. One caveat; because you're streaming on the cloud, get a good connection. God of War has a lot of set pieces that require PS2 to run fast, push big baddies on screen, and be on constant 60fps. You're better off buying PS4, and downloading the games separately. It's now on PS3/4 as remastered collection. God of War 3 however is on its own remaster.

I don't recommend PlayStation Now, but its available for people like you.

We just bought it last week for our PS4. My partner here got so addicted to it. I only tried once but will continue playing this weekend. It's awesome, btw!
