That's what I was going to say i read all the rules just a few mins ago and it say's nothing of the sort.You know Nathan closed it, but he really shouldn't have.
No where in the rules does it say that once the user is banned, the advertising rights for the site are gone as well. So he's free to advertise. Feel free to run it by an admin if you feel the need.
