No where in the rules does it say that once the user is banned, the advertising rights for the site are gone as well. So he's free to advertise. Feel free to run it by an admin if you feel the need.

How many people around here do you think promote a site that is "There"s and only theres? I see nothing about it having to be YOUR forum anywhere in the guidelines.

But really, he should have thought about promoting his site when he got himself banned, really it his fault, just because it is not in the rules does not mean it cant be forced, common sense prevails.

I'm contacting an Administrative person about this I think this is way to much of a personal issue with the moderation team. You will be hearing no more of me until an admin has confirmed some rules.

How is it a personal issue, I am simply re-enforcing something that was originally enforced by the CTL previously.

Excuse me, but I have quoted from the rules. It clearly states "your" forum. Is Webverts "your" forum? I don't think so.

Webverts has lost the right to advertise here.

If a user has been bad enough to get banned, then we don't allow advertising of that such forum, it happens with other people too, and we only keep the balance fair. Also majority of the times, it's the same user that has registered again just to keep advertising their board, in this case it isn't but that'd be "If a user has been bad enough to get banned, then we don't allow advertising of that such forum".
