Hello everyone.

A friend of mine introduced me to these forums, given I'm someone who runs a social community website that is currently faced with very low member count and activity... and is looking to expand the member base of the website, but is having trouble doing so.

I'm looking to promote my social community here as well as help promote other communities in exchange. I'd love to build my community's affiliate network with others as well so we can do some awesome things for each other, such as cross promotion, content exchanging, and so on.

I've never used a promotion forum before, so if anyone has any tips or suggestions on how I can get accustomed here, please let me know. Thank you!

Welcome to FP and we are glad to have you here on board with us. Why dont you take a quick look at the review section to see what exactly your community is lacking? You can come up with better solutions when you know the problem.

Hmm good point. I'll check it out after I reach my required 3 posts. I'm actually conducting a 2-week survey on my website to see where the problems lie. My biggest issue is simply promotion. I was never good at promoting things and attracting a good number of people to the projects I work on. I don't know why. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thank you! We'll see how FP turns out for me. If it works out and I'm able to attract a few members and/or affiliations, I'll stick around and exchange my own help to others as well.

Thank you. TLC+ runs Composr CMS which is a content management system. The actual forum software it uses is called Conversr, which is basically Composr CMS's own forum system.
