This beautiful girl became disabled days after recieving a flu shot at her local grocery store. Now she is suffering a heartbreaking and humiliating neurological problem. Children get swine flu trial jabs

About 500 children have so far been given swine flu vaccines in a study to determine how effective the jabs are ahead of a UK vaccination programme. The vaccination study involves 600 children aged six months to 12 years. The trial to test two vaccines began a week ago at five centres in Bristol, Oxford, Southampton, Exeter and London. Information about their use on children is limited and the study will allow experts to monitor immune reactions and any side effects. Millions of doses of the vaccines have been purchased for use across the UK. Participation in the scheme is voluntary and consenting parents have been briefed on the risks. Side effects could include tenderness, redness, bruising, swelling, hardness or warmth at the injection site and short spells of fever following the injection. Children who take part have two doses of the vaccine three weeks apart, followed by a blood test three weeks later. If serious disease in healthy children increases then routine vaccination for all healthy children will be considered Cherry Lewis, research communications manager Analysis of the research, carried out at the University of Bristol, will determine which of the two vaccinations is more effective. Cherry Lewis, research communications manager at the university, said: "Children are one of the age groups most vulnerable to swine flu infection, so it is vital that we obtain information on their response to these vaccines. "By conducting this study, researchers hope to determine if one of the vaccines is better tolerated or more likely to protect children against swine flu than the other in this age group. "Although children are disproportionately affected by swine flu, only children in high risk groups and children who are household contacts of people in high risk groups will be offered the vaccine initially.
"If serious disease in healthy children increases then routine vaccination for all healthy children will be considered." Scientists have enough older children taking part in the study but have appealed for more children under the age of three to take part. Parents interested in enrolling their child can visit the swineflutrial.org website. The Department of Health estimate they will have enough vaccine for half the population by the end of the year. Vaccination is expected to start with high risk groups, the very young, elderly and medical staff.

Point of interest, A chinese doctor I know reckons the top chinese medicine practitioners in china have already formulated herbal cures for h1n1 and many other viruses that are supposedly 'incurable'. he reckons its not that difficult, but he's not allowed to tell people in Australia becuz the AMA jumps on him etc if he promotes his herbal rememdies -e.g. by writing into newspapers etc. there's a total ban on talking about this stuff, becuz its deemed 'unproven scientifically'. nevermind that it works.

He's also not allowed to tell anyone that a young woman came to him with breast cancer that was pretty serious - she was told she had to have a double mascectomy as treatment. she didnt want this, and relied exclusively on him to treat her. she had no mainstream treatment. her family wont talk to her for taking this risk with her life as they see it; but 8 years later she's perfectly fine.

We've all heard of Tumeric being good for controlling inflamation such as arteries and stuff. Just remember, we have also got to be careful about what we take for advice.

If anyone is into Chinese Medicine. Here's some info about a herbal remedy for the swine flu.

"Not long ago, an article was released from the Ditan Hospital in Beijing, reporting that, “88 out of 117 patients treated for (H1N1) the disease only on the herbs fully recovered and were discharged.”

This is a 75% success rate. What are these Chinese herbs that worked so well?

#1) Where are the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies proving flu vaccines are both safe and effective?

Answer: There was no change in the death rate. You could drop vaccination rates to zero percent and you'd still see no change in the number of people dying from the flu. That's because flu vaccines simply don't work.

#9) How can flu vaccines reduce mortality by 50% (as is claimed) when only about 10% of winter deaths are related to the flu in the first place?

Answer: They can't. The 50% statistic is an example of quack medical marketing. If I have a room full of 100 people, then I take the 50 healthiest people and hand them a candy bar, I can't then scientifically claim that "candy bars make people healthy." That's essentially the same logic behind the "50% reduction in mortality" claim of flu vaccines.

#10) If flu vaccines work so well, then why are drug makers and health authorities so reluctant to subject them to scientific scrutiny with randomized, placebo-controlled studies?

Answer: Although they claim such studies would be "unethical," what's far more unethical is to keep injecting hundreds of millions of people every year with useless, harmful vaccines that aren't backed by a shred of honest evidence.

You would have the same level of protection from the flu if you brought your own personal voodoo doll to the clinic and had them inject that with the vaccine instead of you! A lot of people just take doctors at face value, that is one of the big problems. Who bombards medical schools and doctors with money, free drug samples, free vacations(called seminars), etc etc etc?

I find it interesting that the FDA tries to get natural remedies banned. Anyone else besides me think that there should be a Food Administration and a separate Drug Administration. Alot of people where I work have had it, The only side effects theyve had is feeling ill for a couple of days after.
