I'm looking for someone to please help me create a Halloween banner for my Power Rangers forum that will be displayed on the site throughout the month of October. The look of the forum skin will be similar to the default one, so a color scheme similar to that could work.
Here are some images I'm thinking could possibly be used on the banner, as I want it to make sense with Power Rangers and Halloween.
Possibly this text added and/or the word "Generation Z" added in a similar style:

The size I am looking for is 973x144px or 973x200px. The forum is https://generationz.jcink.net if that helps.
I am looking for something that looks professional, so the FP$ is negotiable and I may be willing to make posts on your forum instead of FP$, depending on the theme and if it is desired.
