Have you ever banned yourself from a forum?

I never left it, but I sadly watch it continue to die. I was one of the top posters there at one time.

You certainly were. I've not looked in on TAZ in a long while but I'm told the activity levels there are almost nonexistent now.

Yeah. I noticed they turned signatures off. I see a post here and there but it's definitely not the old TAZ 🙁

If I had known it was up for sale I would have bought it myself or at the very least put in a decent offer, especially during the period I was the only staff member.

What I don't understand is why both Threadloom and the current owner, VerticalScope didn't just leave it to rot, they actually encouraged it by removing areas that many members found useful or engaging. And why remove signatures? None of it makes sense to me.

It does feel abandoned on there.

Such hard work has been put into that over the years. Sad to see it just sit.
