note: i would a phone with android 5.1 if possible with that price

Do what Empire said, look for sales. 100$, I would probably go for Samsung J5 if I could fine one on sale. Its a decent phone

First off, I would suggest you narrow down your preference to at least 2 brands. Good thing you have your budget narrowed down already. What phone requirements are you looking at, camera, whatsapp functionality etc? Once you can narrow down your list, it will be easier and faster to get you a phone that matches your preferences 🙂
