I want to create a forum that will provide free anime episodes to folks and want to hire some1 who can build a template for joomla/kunena.

A word of advice. Don't use a Joomla based forum. You are better off to use a bridge between Joomla and something better supported like PHPBB.

I started an Agora forum on my Joomla site 2 years ago and after I managed to get 15,000 posts the forum developer decided to make the extension commercial.

Now I am stuck with a forum that is unsupported and have no way of converting it to anything else.
