How do I get good traffic to a tech news blog?

I have a technology news blog which I regularly update. But whatever I do nothing reflects on the traffic. All get its around a 100 visitors per day. I would like to take to to a level where I can earn from it.

So can anyone please give me tips to increase the traffic to this site?

Those are 100 unique visitors or?
The important thing is unique visitors, because that's almost exact number of people that visit your website.

You can use Google Adsense or BuySellAds, but only ONE or else your all accounts will be suspended I think because competition hates competition...
