I don't mean with actual dirt, but the kind cops might collect from drug dealers etc.. OK, should they keep it? Well, I do know they auction of their cars and property. That's pretty much the same thing. Anyway, the implications of governments taking the money screws things up cause it could possibly make crime profitable for the government.
