How do you get your site voted on FOTM?

What do you do to get your site voted on FOTM? Because each time we put The Rulerz Zone in, there's only like 1 vote. ~cry~ And we've entered it like every month for the past 3 or 4 months.

They get their members to vote.

Also if your forum looks good the neutral voters may vote for you but if it is full of spam and pointless posts and looks bad then you won't get votes.
