Assuming the iPad Mini is true (let's assume it is) are you interested in getting one, or do you think it's pointless and don't plan on getting one.

I wouldn't plan on getting one, I don't see why you would want anything smaller than the current iPad, otherwise it does kinda get a bit small....

Since it hasn't actually been announced, base your answer on what you've heard and expect it to be like 🙂

What's your opinion? 😀

iPad Mini = iPod Touch

It's just basically in the middle of the current iPad and iPod Touch, it might actually kill the iPod touch if it took off.

You cannot compare the iPad mini to the Ipod touch... For one thing, the iPad mini will not fit in your pocket. Knowing Apple, the mini will be at least $150 more than the iPod touch so I don't see it killing the iPod touch.

Well that's true but it now makes the iPad Mini a bit pointless being in the middle. It will be interesting when they come out to review one for my blog, I can't see it being that amazing.

I don't think the iPad Mini is pointless being in the middle. I think there is a gap for people that want something bigger than an iPod touch but don't want something as big/expensive as an iPad.

If I can afford an iPad Mini, I would consider getting it. There are some iOS game apps like Infinity Blade, CSR Racing, etc which I want to play.

The iPod Touch is too small for reading eBooks, video while the full size iPad 3 seem too heavy to hold with one hand, and takes up a lot of space in a small bag. The iPad Mini looks good for someone who wants to read, and watch video on the go.

I like that iOS products are easy to update to the latest version when they are release unlike Android where a lot of devices still are using Gingerbread, Froyo, and Ice Cream Sandwhich, but the latest version of Android is Jellybean which only a few devices like the Nexus 7, and Samsung Galaxy Nexus uses.
