How late do your neighbors shoot off fireworks?

They're busy drinking until it's dark outside.
I had at least one neighbor start firing off the stuff around 7 in the evening down the street before I went back inside. But that was about it.
I live in the UK and even though we do not celebrate Independence Day we do sometimes get some fireworks going off around where I live.
Bonfire night is the worst one though, they tend to start setting them off as early as 3.30 pm and go on until sometimes 2 am - 3 am even though the law states that they should be stopped after a certain time.
