How many hours a day are you on screens?

I feel like I spend most of my day (at least 8-12 hours) looking at screens. Whether it’s at work or at home. There’s always TV, my phone, my car Apple CarPlay screen, my iPad or a computer.
 
I'm on screens pretty much my entire day with the exception of doing some chores. I work in an office and I have to constantly stare at a computer monitor all day. I love playing video games, and engaging in conversations online so even at home I'm using a screen. I would guess I'm probably using a screen at least 13 hours a day on a week day. Possibly even more on weekends.
 
As soon as my eyes open and I get out of bed, I see screens that are turned off 😛 I mean, it's everywhere. TV is always on, that eyes looked too, going out, and you see screens showing something, wherever you go, it's there.Even in cars nowadays you ahve a screen to look at. So many hours throughout the day and night
 
Whether for hobby or work, I spend about 8 hours a day, although it depends, but generally that amount of time.
 
Quite a bit between my phone and my computer. Depends on the day, but I'd probably say upwards of about 8 hours.
