Depends on what way you mean by custom since I have modifed the style lots for my F1 forum.

I have a PHPBB3 forum and modified the ProSilver skin a good bit. I shortened the width of the forum, gave it a green-blue look, and made my own forum images and topic images. Sure took awhile, but I'm proud of it. -happy-

Both of my skins are modified (by me) and dont really look like their orignals.
