How many times do you tweet/status per day?

Using your own forums/blogs/websites account, how many times do you tweet on twitter or put a status on Facebook?

We used to have a "Social Media Manager" to handle that stuff, but now that he retired, I try to tweet/FB at least every few days.

Facebook break big traffic from pages. I have 100k page and i make 1k reach... compare before month - 10k. And I'm so sad.

When I have a site and I'm using social networks I try to tweet/status at least twice a day. I focused more on Twitter though for some reason.

It usually depends on the time I use to manage. But I try to get atleast 10 tweets daily for my Twitter account.

I do have a twitter account, but nowadays I don't post anything there. I don't have that many people listed there, so I don't think it's a good method to promote anything. But maybe it works for you guys, hehe.

Best times are: 9.30am, 1pm & 7pm.
Makes sense, when people arrive at work, lunch time & when they get home just after dinner time. Where do you go? To the computer.
3-5 Times a day is a good number. Nothing more than once an hour...
