Your member base have established a strong relationship with you, just face it. If you sell your forum (assume it's to someone from outside the forum), will they have that same relationship with a new owner?

Wish I never sold my forum for $20 now it was earning 10$ a month. It had 200 members, 5,000 posts. It also depends on activaty at the time of selling aswell dosen't it?

Depends on what you mean by activity. If you mean the current forum activity, then yes, but if you mean market activity then no.

Why would you sell a forum earning $10 per month for $20? Unless it was a forumotion...
