How to add a co.cc domain to 000Webhost?

Can anyone teach me on how to add a co.cc domain on 000Webhost for my forum?

You'd go to add domain and then change the nameservers for your co.cc domain to 000 webhost's nameservers. After that you'd move your files to the co.cc's directory, but would first have to change the settings in your forum for that domain instead of your current one.
