How to get a decent valuation for your forum

Anyone wanting to share their own personnal views on how to get a realistic valuation for your forum, if you are looking to sell please.
 
Well depends how much traffic it has, how much registered members activity you have and how many discussions going on.

That is what i would say are the main stuff to look at.

I wouldn't say # of members. I would get more specific like # of members active in the last 30 days. A forum could have 500 members and 455 of them are spam bots.

Not just revenue, it's also potential revenue. User activity comes into both.
