How to get more users on my forum?

Why not request a forum review from me in Review HQ, I am confident of putting you on the right road.

If your forum needs a review, then the owner shouldn't be administrating the board in the first place. If the admin cannot find a niche or a way to attract more users, or gain new ideas to help with a theme, or even recognize faults on his own forum, then a review is not going to help.

If someone told me that I would need someone to review my site, I would feel disrespected.

Having hyphens in the domain name is a big no no, users very rarely type them when searching.

The theme is very plain and not at all "techie", save up some FP$ and get some decent graphics done, a new banner and icons would be a good start.

I can do a theme myself, I just can't be bothered, But i suppose I should put some time and effort in.

If you can't be bothered, why did you make a forum?

I think what you need is to make some more topics and posts to make the forum more lively and welcoming.

I also think you just have to work really hard to advertise, post everywhere and do your best! Joining countless forums with an ad in your sig is one good way to get your forum around.
I also think it's a good idea to invite a good friend of yours too, friends will stick around because they are there for you.
