I read on Marketing blogs having a nice template, useful unique content, good site navigation, and making your content easy to find, fast page load time can decrease bounce rate, and increase visitors time on site.

I also heard Linking to other related articles on your website in your content can make your bounce rate less since people might want to read related articles when they are finish reading the current article.
But, I think it can be kind of distracting since spammers tend to post links all over their articles in forum posts which lead to spam sites, so it might make your post look spammy.
Probably posting a short list of links which are related to the current post at the end of your article or in your signiture be a better alternative.

You'd want users/visitors to be clicking your links (internal). That way they are staying on your site and therefore lowering your bounce rate to about 40%.

Same with females. if they look nice, are unique and good at navigation and can make their content easy to find, and if they're fast then they could decrease bounce rate and increase visitors.

I wonder if erotic kinky websites with attractive females have lower bounce rates then informational based websites which are mostly text and a few screen shots and pictures of non-living objects, animals and plants.
But, I assume a good percentage of the visitors to kinky websites are perverts or addicted to kinky pictures and video of woman...
