How to make your forum homepage for all browsers?

hi everyone, as google msn and yahoo (all that i know plus the firefox site) can be made homepages for your browser so everytime we open the browser i.e firefox, IE or chrome etc and the homepages open automatically, I want to know how to make our forums or webpages homepage? Is there any code for it? or what?

but I have seen a pop-up window or button(dont remember exactly) on the pages to make them homepage, how to do that?
