How to remove "Your message is submitted" page? + others

I hope you get the idea...
When posting new topics/replies, it shows a page which will redirect. But how to skip it? Like in FP.
Is there a .MOD for this?

It's pretty custom, currently working on it. But it's subsilver based. 🙂
The online icon is on the right side (behind the quote image).

I was thinking about something like in FP, little red/green dot or something like that. Or next to the username.
