Hi everybody,,

I am a new forum poster. i worked for a online shop ,, they give me some work. The work is i have to post my company website link in 500 online forum and show them my work progress .
But the problem is when i write my post and give a web link for my company in forums they banned me.
I am in big trouble , please help me and give me some idea how to post in forums with adding link without bann ??

As long as you follow the rules for advertising, you won't be banned. Just make sure you're posting in the right section. If you have questions, make a Community Matters topic, or you could message me privately and I can help you out. 🙂

They ban you because it's against their rules. If someone signs up to our site purely to advertise, I ban them too. Its a community site and I feel that our members are entitled to an ad free experience due to how the forum is funded. Forums block bots for this very reason, they don't want unauthorised advertising all over their forum.

You need to stick with sites that do allow it. In cases where you aren't sure, ask an admin. Your company sounds kinda scammy if I'm honest and they're asking you to illegally spam 500 forums. We won't help you do that because most people here are forum admins. I know it's not your fault though.

Why are they not using legit forms of advertising?

You can advertise here on FP though. You just have to look at the rules of promoting and follow them. Good luck 🙂

Secondly, always read a web forum's rules before posting to make sure you do everything correctly to prevent bans. There are certain requirements and places to post your links. 😉 Best of luck!
