Since it's free hosting, I don't know is it possible to change themes except those they offer? If you can change theme, then search and you will find decent one for sure 🙂

It's okay, but the theme doesn't match the genre of your community. There is no logo, which is a "tisk tisk" so they say. I like the amount of forums that you have, not too much for a new forum, good there!
