The chances are people won't be willing to do it for FP cash here (the forum cash is almost worthless). If someone was to do it for FP cash they would want more then what you have to offer.
My suggestion is to open up the skin and try some replacing on your own. Its really not that hard as long as you keep a few good looking colors throughout. ProSilver is mostly CSS based anyway, so theres not that many actual graphics to change opposed to SubSilver.
Im making a custom one for BH now as well, it can be hard at first but once you get going everything clicks fairly well.
Man, i have the most WORST skins known to forum-kind. i've been ragged constantly about my skin choices. but, the thing is, they were MINE ... and it may have stopped some people from joining, which is ok.
it should be based on what your forum offers to those looking, and not how "pretty" it looks.
if someone bases your forum on it's skin, then that's probably not a member you want.
since you're a member on my forum, goto your profile, and select the DarkSamus skin. that was my skin for the first 6 months. i was ragged everywhere ... but, i kept it, and paid more attention on my forum's depth, than it's looks, and it's gotten me this far.
if you're that stuck, then you're gonna have to go with a pre-made skin.
