I need a way to buy from NameCheap

*I don't have verified Paypal (it's impossible to verify it without credit card)
*I can use Moneybookers.com
*I want to buy a .com from NameCheap.com

How can I do this? Or I can't at all?

well then there's no way to buy a domain unless you can transfer money directly from your bank account.

you can use paypal of parents for it though.

I can only deal with PayPal. I can buy a .com domain for $7.99 at the moment with NameCheap.

All you need to do is verify a bank account. Then you can add funds to your namecheap account via paypal.

I can't verify my Paypal with my bank account, it asks for security code and there are no security codes on common debit cards.

check the rules and if you can receive money from other's paypal then do some posting works etc. to earn money and then use that to buy a domain.

I talked NameCheap via Live Support and they can't help at all.
They accept ONLY credit cards... 🙁
