I need your honest opinion about GoDaddy

I have been a happy GoDaddy customer for many years, however, they have conducted some unethical business practices in early January, and it is to the point where I need to get my lawyer involved. I would not recommend them.

Could you please share your problem you faced to and the experience to resolve?

Sure, unauthorized domain charges after I chatted with their sales to renew Office 365 accounts. $1600 in unauthorized charges. Reported to the BBB and the Credit card company and have yet for a resolution.

Sure they missed something in this, maybe they though you will renew that domain too, belong to Office 365 account. Anyway, good luck to you and hope you will get back your money.

Just like some have said already, GoDaddy is good for domains. Get a .com or even a .info just as low as 99 cents. I honestly would recommend them.
