I am looking to purchase a general forum which is relatively active and has decent daily traffic numbers, as follows.

A minimum of 100,000 posts. (less than 10% paid or exchanges).
A minimum of 100 UV per day.

actually there are alot of general forums out there that have alot more then 100K posts but not as many that want to sell.
