My mother. She got cancer and still fought it out to the last minute because she wanted to spend all the time she could with her family.

Anyway:

Alexander Arguelles: The most amazing language nerd alive. He's pledged to continue working in 58 languages.

Emil Krebs: The most amazing language nerd EVER. He was fluent in 68 languages, and had a working knowledge of about 120.

My psychology professor: He's not only a funny and nice professor, he's done a lot to help society. He spent a year in Russia trying to create Women's Health Centers, for starters. He's also not afraid of what people think about him, and is one of the few people I've met outside of my closest friends that shows that they truly care about people.

My girlfriend: She's straight up amazing. Despite everything she's been through, she still has it in her heart to love me unconditionally.

My father, he was diagnosed with cancer and stood his ground for over two years. After which not the slightest progress was made and things were only looking worse each day. In the end he used euthanasia.
