IE 9 is the way to go

Installed the new IE9 but don't like it. It runs OK but not a fan of the overall style of it, especially the navigation buttons.

>Download IE9
>Launch the browser
>Internet Explorer has experienced an error and needs to close

Every time you open Internet Explorer, six trojans are automatically installed onto your computer.

Indeed, Internet Explorer is plagued with malware, viruses, spyware, and tool bars since malware writers can exploit IE's security flaws easier which makes using it risky compared to other browsers like Google Chrome, Opera, etc.

But, the new IE 9 seems to be going in the right direction by making it feel faster then IE 8 and below.

Why my previous experiences using IE which was years back, I plan to stay a way from IE even if I did use it I would not use it as my default browser, but I might start testing around with it.

IE has and always will be crap, I'm not downloading that piece of rubbish 😛

I really liked IE 9 alot.It was super fast. The only problem i had was on the facebook game Zuma blitz it was real laggy.

Well I'm glad to see some people will use it. It got a bad rep a while ago but I think ie 9 is mending all that.

But Firefox 4's downloads have really been kicking IE9's ass, though.

I'm still sticking with Chrome nonetheless. That said, you should give a hats off to Microsoft as they're actually making a good product and making sure that vulnerabilities are patched now. Seems like they hired a few too many uWaterloo students 😉

I've had several opportunities to use IE9 and honestly I still think that Netscape Navigator is a more efficient browser.

Obviously not literally, but you get my drift. Firefox 4 is better in my opinion. I'm much happier with my firefox than I've ever been with IE. Even Chrome worked better for me than IE8 or 9.

What about the security the FireFox offers?
The security IE 9 has makes the FireFox look like your just covered by a blanket 😛

Elaborate?
What does it have that makes it better..?
You got me on the edge of it now. xD

IE9 has faster javascript then most web browsers, but it still lacks in page loading speed, addons, and security.

Still a huge step forward though and IE10 is already in development aswell.

I will still stick google chrome though.

Ofcourse in this day and age anything can change at any given time when it comes to software.

^Agreed.
(I posted this on the web browser I made in Visual Basic. (😉

I downloaded Internet Explorer 9 on my laptop today. It's alright, I prefer Firefox or Chrome though. IE 9 is actually fast for me though.
