I have checked this blog before posting it here. It is worth reading it.
 
This is a great site, been interviewed myself there. What I like is the diversity of interviews and how they are conducted. A great site well worth a visit!
 
The header and sideboxes looks boring and old design, image stars and social buttons good.

What about the content? If possible give feedback on that to. Might take you a while longer as you'll need to read a interview here and there to judge it but it would be most welcome.
 
I see this place has changed a bit and my old interviews are there but much has changed since then. Site looks good, glad to see it's still out there.
