Okay, is a ToS really necessary for forums, or is it something that really is not needed? Do your rules act as a legally binding document such as a ToS?
Yes, something more than basic is required. If you think about it, things like hacking, post removal, and COPA are addressed in your ToS, and if you leave it out, you're almost asking to get sued someday. 😛
