There isn't currently (that I know of) but if you can manage to wait a few months there will be a revolutionary new type of [web-based] promotion site that will offer free MOD installation for both the 'easy' and 'difficult' to install forum modifications ~wink~

People would probably charge to install mods instead because it's time consuming. Though I'm sure there are some out there that would do it out of heart. 🙂

So with that being said, I doubt there are any places where people install mods for free unless there's some sort of catch.

Most places/people charge for mods as they take a while to install and some mods can be quite difficult as some are not as simple as uploading files and doing a few edits.
