if it'sout there, it's been done, unfortunately. may not be successful, and you may not have even found it, but it's out there.
Mayabe a forum about discussing lawn care 😀 i don't know.
It's not the fact there are too many similar forums, it's the fact the most, are carbon copies of what they've seen on other forums.
Copying a forum idea is simple ... but, when it's not your own idea, and creativity ... then you porbably won't put as much time into it as the original forum's admin put into theirs.
My forum's lime my child, and i'vbe gone out of my way to make it different from any brawl forum out there ....
one big difference, is we don't use a chat box to set up matches, while 90% of others do. I've found a creative way to do this on the forum boards, and when members give it a try, they couldn't imagine going back to a chat box forum.

like hcf said above, it there is something out there that you can make a forum of, there is a forum for it. but I really haven't seen a forum where there are 10 others like it.

The only thing that I can think of are fan forums, which there aren't many out there, but hard to get people to join.

You gotta pick one with a cult following. Not just your favorite game, but one that millions play.
I seen the clotthing forum you ot, now ... but, i'm not too sure how well it will go. Just don't see too many discussions coming from that. But good luck with it.
